  • Moisture across ~16% of roof area

  • Hidden moisture in scrim and insulation

  • Low-grade moisture detected across 95% of roof surface

1. Stop the Damage

  • Sealed seams and penetrations

  • Contractor Installed Silicone Coating System

2. Install Venting System

  • Custom RS-1 layout

  • Based on infrared data

3. Monitor + Adjust

  • Ongoing tracking of dry-down

  • Before/after core sampling + lab testing
